Church of St. Rocco (Chiesa di San Rocco)

Coming to Maranzana from Asti, you are welcomed by the Church of St. Rocco, overlooking the valleys, from a small hill, in the locality of the same name.

That church was intended as a cemetery and was used as a lazaret.

Currently, it has been restored.

From this position, called Belvedere San Rocco, you can enjoy a 360° view of the area to the background of the mountains.

The church corresponds to the rebuilding of a preexisting religious settlement.
